Lakeview Village Split Level

This design was prepared as an option to reduce the scope of work in the Prairie Style design and was ultimately selected for construction.

The front addition for the garage allows for a good sized mud room on the lower level and more storage space in the garage.  The front addition for the new entry is opened up to the main floor and enables a corner for a computer work station that can be hidden away as well as additional storage.  Both the additions add to the curb appeal from the street.  The work includes all new high quality windows, insulation and cladding throughout.  The existing kitchen works well with the family so the design focused on making it directly accessible to an outdoor deck for dining.  It is also opened up to the dining room and the island is expanded.
