Collingwood Split Level
Construction began in May, 2013 and a few weeks later Calgary was inundated with rain. Fortunately this house is far from the areas of the city which flooded. However, with the east roof removed and ready for the new 3rd floor framing, the rain prevented work for 3 weeks. Thankfully, the contractor, Paul Duguay, was diligent in keeping the house dry with his system of tarps and temporary framing.
The house construction is complete but the site work (driveway and sidewalk) will be done in spring of 2014.
